Kenida Lewis is founder and Principal of The Adinek Group- a boutique talent and business consulting firm, specializing in innovation, recruitment and recruitment consulting, diversity and process improvement. In addition to launching The Adinek Group
in 2016, Kenida is the Vice President, Diversity Recruiting Manager within the Talent Acquisition office at PNC Financial Services Group.

Kenida also served as Sourcing Recruiting manager for PNC’s Shared Services group, Strategic Workforce Acquisition and Internal placement teams.

Kenida joined PNC Bank in October 2010 and has served in many roles concentrated in the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Functions. These roles included Talent Scout 2010-2011; Recruiting Manager 2011-2014 & Diversity Recruiting
Manager-Present. Prior to joining PNC, Kenida was AVP Talent Acquisition & Diversity Recruiting for M&I Bank in Milwaukee, WI with dual responsibility for the strategic direction and management of the Vendor Management Program; enterprise-wide.

Kenida serves on the advisory board of the Salvation Army, National Board of Directors for the National Women MBA Association, National board for American Association of People
Disabilities and is a past President of Wisconsin Fresh Coast Consortium.

A graduate of Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration, Kenida received her MBA in 2000. Kenida holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Marketing and Merchandising from Ball State University.
