With a background and passion for art, Alina opened her first business in her late twenties. It was this fantastic boutique design studio where she got to use my imagination and play all day. She managed to scale her small business into a full-service event production company producing unique and spectacular events, curating unforgettable memories.
Well over a decade of events later, with a back injury that left her seeking new opportunities, she launched Ladies Take the Lead to create a space for strong, passionate, and driven women of all ages to come together and leverage their collective energy into business opportunities. The Ladies Take the Lead platform celebrates, inspires, educates, and entertains women through creative, insightful content and events with a purpose.
